At the moment we only ship within Switzerland and to Principality of Liechtenstein. All items are shipped from Switzerland using Swiss Post AG. The shipping costs are shown separately at the checkout.

We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 150. Delivery time approx. 2-6 working days.
REFUNDS & RETURNSAll items can be returned within 14 working days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Please note that shipping costs for returned items are covered by you (unless the item was faulty and confirmed by us as such). The shipping costs and import duties (if applicable) are non-refundable (except shipping costs for faulty items). More info: Refund policy
PAYMENT METHODSAll payments are made in Swiss francs (CHF).
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express via stripe.com)
- PayPal
- Bank deposit (Prepayment) – the payment must be paid via bank transfer within 5 days to NorthLiving’s account below. All fees regarding bank transfer etc. must be covered by the customer. If the bank transfer is not made within 5 days, NorthLiving reserves the right to cancel the order. The order will be sent out once the payment will be received. More info: Shipping policy
SIZING
You can find different brands in our online store. Therefore, the sizing may vary between the companies. Please, get in touch and we will provide you with detailed measurements: info@northliving.ch.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please inspect the products immediately upon delivery. Contact us for any damaged/defected products or shipping faults within 5 days after receiving the goods by emailing us at info@northliving.ch. Please include a photo of the faulty product or shipment. The problem will be checked immediately. If the defect is confirmed by us, we will send you a replacement (if in stock) or a similar replacement item (confirmed by you), or we will refund the amount of the product. Taxes and custom duties (if applicable) cannot be refunded. More info: Refund policy.
