Shipping policy

At the moment we only ship within Switzerland and to Principality of Liechtenstein. All items are shipped from Switzerland using Swiss Post AG.

The shipping costs are shown separately at the checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 150. Delivery time approx. 2-6 working days.

NorthLiving reserves the right to further charge additional shipping costs if the order exceeds the dimensions of 60x60x100cm and is over 10 kgs.

Customs duties, VAT & other fees
Customs duties and taxes for shipments within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are included in the product price.

Taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply for shipments outside of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. These costs are paid by the customer and are not included in the final price.

All payments are made in Swiss francs (CHF).

• Bank deposit (Prepayment) – the payment must be paid via bank transfer within 5 days to NorthLiving’s account below. All fees regarding bank transfer etc. must be covered by the customer. If the bank transfer is not made within 5 days, NorthLiving reserves the right to cancel the order. The order will be sent out once the payment will be received.
