Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

All items can be returned within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs for returned items are covered by you (unless the item was faulty and confirmed by us as such). The shipping costs and import duties (if applicable) are non-refundable (except shipping costs for faulty items). If you receive a refund for your returned item, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you decide to return the item back to us (or if we ask you to do so in case of a faulty product), we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Personalized items
Personalized purchases cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Faulty goods
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, depending on the stock available at the time. Please inspect the products immediately upon delivery. Contact us for any damaged/defected products or shipping faults within 5 days after receiving the goods by emailing us at info@northliving.ch. Please include a photo of the faulty product or shipment. The problem will be checked immediately. If the defect is confirmed by us, we will send you a replacement (if in stock) or a similar replacement item (confirmed by you), or we will refund the amount of the product. Taxes and custom duties (if applicable) cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, we are happy to exchange clothing items if they do not fit and you would like another size instead.

If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us by email at info@northliving.ch with your order number, name of the item you wish to exchange and the reason for it. We will then send you further instructions on how to proceed. In some cases, you might need to place a new order first. The refund will then be credited to the same account that was used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not take responsibility for lost items.

Cancellation
You have the rights to cancel your order any time before the shipment has been made by contacting us at info@northliving.ch. In this case, you will be refunded the full price and the shipping costs (if applicable; where the entire order has been cancelled).

In case you would like to cancel your order after it has already been shipped, you can do so by returning the goods back to us (see more under Returns & Refunds section). In this case, the shipping charges will not be refunded. The refund will be credited to the same account that was used at the time of purchase.
